Terms and conditions

On this page, you will find the terms and conditions of Camping ’t Hoekje. These explain the agreements and rules that apply to your stay at our campsite. We recommend reading them before your arrival so you know what to expect.

Arrival and departure

  • Arrival camping pitch from 1:00 pm, departure camping pitch 11:00 am.

  • A later arrival, earlier departure, or changes to the booking request you submitted, for whatever reason, are at your own expense.

  • Your booking will be cancelled if you have not checked in by 5:00 pm on the arrival date. If you are arriving later due to circumstances, please let us know so we can keep your pitch/accommodation available.

General rules

  • We reserve the right to change your pitch/accommodation if the planning requires it.

  • Young people under the age of 18 without supervision are not admitted.

  • Dogs are not allowed anywhere on the campsite.

  • After receiving the booking confirmation, you must pay the deposit within the stated period.

  • One parking space is assigned per pitch/rental accommodation. A second car or visitors should park at our car park on the Joossesweg.

Cancellation terms

In the event of cancellation, you must report this in writing or by phone. We apply the Recron cancellation terms. We always recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

  1. In the event of cancellation, the guest pays a compensation fee to the operator. This amounts to:
    • for cancellation more than 3 months before the start date, 15% of the agreed price
    • for cancellation within 3 to 2 months before the start date, 50% of the agreed price
    • for cancellation within 2 to 1 month before the start date, 75% of the agreed price
    • for cancellation within one month before the start date, 90% of the agreed price
    • for cancellation on the start date itself, 100% of the agreed price
  2. The compensation fee will be refunded proportionally if the pitch/accommodation is booked by a third party on the recommendation of the guest and with the operator's consent, for the same period or part thereof
  3. In the event of early departure, the guest owes the full price for the agreed rate period.
