Camping 't Hoekje processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself.

Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

• First and last name
• Date of birth
• Address details
• Phone number
• Email address

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old, unless they have consent from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. Camping 't Hoekje processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Processing your payment
• Being able to call or email you if this is necessary to carry out our services
• Informing you about changes to our services and products
• Camping 't Hoekje also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.

Camping 't Hoekje does not make decisions based on automated processing that could have (significant) consequences for individuals. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems, without a human being (for example, an employee of Camping 't Hoekje) involved.

Camping 't Hoekje does not retain your personal data for longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:

• Contact form: Retention period no longer than strictly necessary for answering and/or handling your request/question.
• Booking form: Retention period at least 7 years after booking (in connection with statutory administrative obligations).

Camping 't Hoekje only shares data with third parties when this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Camping 't Hoekje only uses technical and functional cookies, as well as analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet, or smartphone the first time you visit this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical functioning of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and remember, for example, your preference settings. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, or data transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, to info@camping-hoekje.nl.

To ensure that the access request has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID along with the request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
